1. This Service Fee Schedule is formulated in accordance with the Price Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Measures on Administration of Service Price of Commercial Banks (No. 1 Circular of CBRC and NDRC in 2014), Enforcement Guidelines for Commercial Banks’ Fee-Charging Practices (Fa Gai Ban Jia Jian [2016] No. 1408), and relevant regulations.

2. 3. The “CIB Retail Service Fee Schedule” applies to retail clients, the “CIB Institutional Service Fee Schedule” applies to institutional clients, and the “CIB Comprehensive Service Fee Schedule” apply to both retail and institutional clients.

4. Changes to service fees, preferential policies, and branch-specific offers shall be subject to our latest official announcements.

5. Where local pricing regulators prescribe uniform pricing for specific fee items, all branches shall comply with such regulations.

6. The scope of “intra-city” shall encompass a geographical area no smaller than the administrative division of a prefecture-level city, including transactions within the same municipality directly under the central government, provincial capital city, or city specifically designated in any state plan.

7. “Small and Micro Enterprises” refer to enterprises meeting the classification criteria stipulated in the Notice on Printing and Distributing Standards for Classification of Small and Medium Enterprises (GXBLQY [2011] No. 300).

8. Unless otherwise specified, all fees in the schedules are denominated in Renminbi (RMB).

9. Fees charged by third-party banks will be collected at actual cost. Where domestic/foreign regulators or industry associations have prescribed service charge requirements, such provisions shall prevail.

10. For credit card-related services requiring express delivery, an additional express fee of RMB 20 per envelope will apply. Retail clients holding the following cards are waived: UnionPay VIP platinum credit card, GOLF platinum credit card, Xing platinum credit card, CIB & Xiamen Airlines Egret co-branded platinum credit card, CIB & Shanghai Mercedes-Benz co-branded platinum credit card, Business Express diamond credit card, and platinum credit card (standard version). For other services requiring express delivery/postal mail, delivery fees will be charged according to the courier company or post office’s pricing standards.

11. No transfer fees will be charged for remittances of fiscal treasury funds, disaster relief payments, or pension benefits.

12. This Service Fee Schedule shall become effective on July 1, 2025. For preferential policies or remarks specifying alternative effective dates, such designated dates shall prevail.
